Blush & Co. is the personal branding photography arm of Blush Studio — a Dayton-based creative studio with over 15 years of experience helping people show up powerfully in front of a camera.
We know what it takes to make someone look and feel like the professional they already are. The same skills that have guided over 1,500 people through deeply personal photography sessions translate directly into what personal branding demands: direction, confidence, and images that actually look like you on your best day.
Blush & Co. was built to serve entrepreneurs, small business owners, and professionals who are ready to take their visual presence seriously — without the stiff, forgettable results of a traditional headshot session.
Our studio occupies a historic 1829 building in downtown Dayton, owned and continually elevated by founders Tracy and Billy Pote. Warm, not corporate. Editorial, not transactional. The kind of environment where good work happens.

Tracy Pote
Creative Director & Photographer
Tracy has spent nearly two decades behind the camera, building one of Ohio’s most recognized photography studios from the ground up. She built a business. She built a team. She built a brand that people talk about. So when she photographs your brand, she’s not just thinking about the light — she’s thinking about what you’re trying to communicate and who you’re trying to reach.
Her approach is direct and collaborative. She’ll push you past the stiff-smile moment and into something that actually reflects who you are. Her eye is warm and editorial — the kind of photography that feels elevated without feeling untouchable.
Tracy leads the creative vision for Blush & Co. and serves as one of our primary photographers.

Victoria Wooton
Photographer
Victoria has been a working photographer since 2012, building her career across portrait, wedding, and boudoir work before bringing that range to personal branding. What she’s developed over more than a decade is something you can’t shortcut: the ability to read a person quickly, make them comfortable fast, and pull out something genuine.
She runs her own photography business (Vicci Photo) which means she understands firsthand what it means to build a brand, attract clients, and show up consistently. That experience shows in how she works with business owners and entrepreneurs.

Payton Abston
Lead Makeup Artist
Trained at L Makeup Institute in Las Vegas, Payton worked with high-profile clients including Cirque du Soleil before joining the Blush team in 2020. For personal branding, her job is to make you look like the best, most polished version of yourself — so when you see the images, you recognize the person in them.

Chelsie Walhay

Chelsie graduated from Premier Academy of Cosmetology and spent years in the bridal industry before joining Blush Studio in 2021. She brings the same precision to personal branding sessions that brides expect on their most photographed day — which is exactly the level of care your brand imagery deserves.

Billy Pote
Studio Director
Billy came to photography from the outside — a background in restaurants, IT, and publishing — which is exactly why he thinks about the business of personal branding differently than most photographers do. He co-owns and operates Blush Studio with Tracy, overseeing marketing, technology, client systems, and operations. If something runs smoothly at Blush & Co., that’s Billy’s work.
